U.S. Air Force Family Housing

It is a 3 stage and design-build project, consisting of 750 family housing units, a temporary lodging facility for 50 officers, child care center, youth center, base package store, arts and crafts hobby shop, It comprises a total covered area of 100.000 sq.m. complete with roads, water supply, sewage disposal, drainage, sprinkler irrigation systems, street lighting, landscaping, play-grounds, telephone and cable tv systems.
