Construction of Özdemir Sabancı O.I.Z.

The construction of infrastructural facilities of Özdemir Sabanci Organized Industrial Zone in Çardak was completed on a turnkey basis on a 3.300.000 sqm area in 12 months. There are constructions of a 200.000 sqm social activity field, 28 km road, 26.000 sqm traffic island, 500.000 sqm green space, 78.000 sqm pavement, 2 water reservoirs with the capacity of 1.000 cm, telecommunication network, 5 water wells (620lt/sec in total). This facility in which the most advanced construction methods and materials of our time were used is presented to the use of Turkish industrialists and Turkish economy.
